We are associated from last 17 years with Sri Sri Ravishankar ji’s NGO art of living foundation in Bangalore. With his great blessings and spiritual teachings, happiness and stress free life techniques, guided meditation and yoga skills, we are able to comfortably able to advertise in mental health conditions also & many have been relieved from depression, anxiety, fear and other behavioral problems. He has 11 years of experience as a senior teaching faculty in art of living foundation, Bangalore and he is also incharge of Art of living chapter, Haridwar. These are some of the great assets in achieving our goal. By conduction anxiety test, Personality test we create road map of individuals treatment for total healing that is BALANCE BODY MIND AND SOUL.

COUNSELING

We believe counseling is the most effective way to overcome depression. A depressed person should not keep things in his/her mind, Just talk to counselor as it will make feel better.

MEDITATION

The first step of meditation is to stop distracting thoughts and make mind clear and more lucid. This can be achieved by practicing a simple breathing meditation. We choose a quite place to meditate and then sit in comfortable position.

PSYCHOLOGY
